90 Days to a Product

90 Days to a Product eBook
If you’re ready to create your own eProducts
then this is the “How to” book for you…
Get over your blocks and follow the footsteps of the
many who have been there before you.

The 90 Days to a Product eBook is about one thing and one thing only…

Taking your ideas and turning them into real products that can make you money.

I know you’ll want to read on, because so many folks have asked me how I have created so much Intellectual Property so quickly.  Even if you don’t purchase the eBook today, review these compelling reasons to invest time into developing your own Intellectual Property (IP). If you know me at all then you know I’m committed to giving value in every interaction we have.

We live in an Information/Knowledge-based society.
People are looking for information that will help them lead better lives.
Your knowledge may be just what they need!

Packaging your ideas into products allows you to:

  1. Create a product targeted at your ideal market.
  2. Have lower priced point products so that people can begin to experience you without risking a lot of time or money.  The lower their risk, the more likely they are to buy.
  3. Offer a program with a beginning, middle and an end that is focused on a specific result.  People love results!
  4. Position yourself as an expert in your field.
  5. Become better known.  This will allow you to build your reputation and your bottom line.
  6. Allows you to market some “thing” instead of yourself.  Most people are very uncomfortable marketing, much less marketing themselves as the “product”.  Having a tangible product to market is often an easier way to start and can lead to earlier success.

Sounds great, right? However, if you are like many, you let very common blocks prevent you from even starting! That’s what this program is about:  a supportive environment to get you past those blocks.  Not sure if you’re blocked?  Click here to read about the most common blocks.

Read on for some of my personal lessons learned about product creation and then find out more about this economical, not-to-be-missed eBook. If you can’t wait to know more take a sneak peek at the Table of Contents.

Let me give you an idea of what is possible, and then I’d like to share some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

Am I more capable than you?
Absolutely not!

Have I made mistakes along the way?
Have I made mistakes!  Of course I have.  And, with each mistake there was a lesson learned… or one I still have to learn!

The biggest lessons I have learned have now become a part of the process that I use to create products.   I’ll share them with you here and now…

  1. Get clear on the purpose for your product, your audience and your process for completion.
  2. Take action on your idea.  Put enough little steps together and you can climb a mountain, or better yet, create a product!
  3. Ask for help.  Working as the Lone Ranger will work against you every time when developing Intellectual Property (IP).
  4. Create a testing – feedback loop.   The only way to know you are heading in the right direction is to check your progress along the way.  Getting third party feedback is key.
  5. Get your product in the hands of others sooner rather than later.
  6. Let go of perfection.  At some point it helps to adopt the Microsoft® approach <grin>.  Put something out in the marketplace and your customers will tell you what’s wrong with it!  This is not to say that you won’t have proofed, and double proofed, but at some point you have to put it out into the world.  The nice thing with many eProducts is that they can be edited immediately.

I’ve looked back at the work I’ve done and realized that it wasn’t really all that difficult.  Yes, it took time and effort, but the hardest parts were getting started and wrapping up.  The in between bits weren’t all that difficult.  In fact, in most cases I had all of the information I needed to create the product, I just wasn’t sure of how to “package” it.

And that’s where the 90 Days to a Product eBook comes in.

Many of my clients and students (I’ve taught over 80,000 people how to be more successful in business) have asked me for help in starting, working through and completing their own Intellectual Property (IP).

I’d like to introduce the 90-Days to a Product eBook: the “nuts and bolts” reference for creating your own Intellectual Property (IP).

This program isn’t about the theory of creating Intellectual Property (IP).

90 Days to a Product is about taking action!!!  It’s about creating and completing a program that’s been rattling around in your head and laying on your “to do” list for far too long.

In fact, I will go so far as to say “Do not even consider reading the 90 Days to a Product eBook if you aren’t ready to have a product to sell in the next quarter!”

And, be prepared to sell!  You will not only create your product but you will also be asked to put your marketing sales letter together and to create a one page website for your product.  You’ll be amazed at how easily and inexpensively this can be done (we’re talking less than $50 a year).  Seriously!

  • Product plans and project overview.
  • Action steps and creation calendar.
  • Information collection and editing.
  • Feedback loop and editing.
  • Testing, testing, testing.
  • Your product.
  • Sales letter.
  • One page web site.
  • Special support documents to guide you through your process ($89)
  • Audio recordings of previous classes ($270)

You will receive access to over
27 hours of archived recordings
and R & D Team concepts

Finally!  A program that will help you take that “great idea”
to completion and earn new income!

You are ready if you can’t wait to get your product completed, are willing to be supported, are ready to roll up your sleeves and blast through your fears, hesitation, perfectionism and the need to do it on your own (hey, even the Lone Ranger had Tonto!).

You are ready to work with me as your Mentor if you view me as someone you can model as you create the product you’ve only dreamed of, you find my communication style straightforward and to the point, you like my nuts and bolts approach to getting things done and you trust my judgment.

P.S.  If you are not going to create your Intellectual Property now, then when?  Give yourself the gift of completion and the satisfaction of creating your own Intellectual Property.  No one deserves it more than you and the world is waiting for your gifts.

I have created the following products:

  1. DISCover the Basics – a 3-hour audio course on understanding and building DISC into your business.
  2. How to Coach Clients Using DISC – a 6-hour audio teleclass.
  3. Your Home Office How to Manual – a nuts and bolts eBook detailing how I structure, organize and implement a home based business.
  4. DISC Ninja’s Proposal Wizard – my first eBook, designed to help Inscape and TTI Distributors market, sell and close corporate clients on the use of the DISC Personal Profile System.
  5. Stop Coaching for Free -Ten Step Buying Process: Converting Clients to Prospects – a fabulous little eBook that helps coaches conduct an initial interview with a prospective client AND convert them to a paying client… only if the fit is right!
  6. Build Your Business Using Assessments: Increase Your Income, Time and Credibility – a 6-lesson eBook that will open your eyes on how to add assessments to your business.  It covers things even the most experienced pros have not considered.  Simple, yet easy to understand, it paints many compelling reasons to consider assessments in your business mix.  For one, if you don’t have your own Intellectual Property (IP) then you can always start with someone else’s.  That’s what I did in 1987 when I added a third party’s assessments to my business.
  7. 90-Day Marketing Marathon Program – this is an eBook with a student only website where all of the lessons are archived for future reference.    There are two versions available:  one for Coaches and the other for Solopreneurs/Small Businesses.

Common Blocks That Prevent You From Starting or Finishing:

After teaching the Marketing Marathon Blunders from A – Z series I discovered some of the major reasons people never get around to starting, or finishing, their products.

  1.  F is for Fear – Fear can show up in many ways.  Perhaps it is a fear of not being good enough or not having anything original to say.  It could be the proverbial fear of failure or fear of success.  Perhaps it’s that you don’t want to share your ideas with anyone because, since it’s such a great idea, they might do something more, better or quicker with the idea before you do.  It doesn’t really matter what the fear is if it’s keeping you from getting started, or finishing, then the fear has won!
  2. H is for Hesitation – Ahhhh, how daunting a blank page looks.  The ideas are churning in your brain.  Perhaps you’ve even put them on paper.  Maybe you’ve even started on one or more of them.  And then… nothing.
  3. I is for Inconsistency – So, you start and stop in fits of flurry and frustration.  Welcome to the world of creative genius.  But it is also the world of people with few, if any, tangible results… like a completed product.
  4. L is for Lone Ranger – Perhaps you work alone, out of your home and often find it hard to get motivated.  And, when you “should” be working on your Intellectual Property (IP) you find yourself being distracted by email, menial tasks… even the dishes look more appealing than getting your creative work done!  Or, perhaps you don’t understand the value of creating a feedback loop which means you are constantly operating in a vacuum.
  5. P is for Perfectionism – If you want perfection, go buy someone else’s product!  Even if it’s not perfect you can entertain yourself by picking out all of their flaws.  Creativity is often a messy process and perfectionism will keep you from being creative and from creating results!
